The architecture course is structured in accordance with the general B. Arch. Course curriculum set forth by the Savitribai Phule Pune University. The course shall be of a minimum duration of 5 academic years/ 10 semesters. In first three years, basics of architecture is taught , further next 1 years focuses on advancements in architecture and in last year, first 3 months for professional training with any architectural firm and remaining 9 months for Thesis.
The National Aptitude Test in Architecture is a national level examination for admission to undergraduate courses in Architecture. The test measures a candidate's drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability in relation to Architecture.
All candidates must score a minimum of 25% in Paper I and Paper II respectively, along with at least 35% (70 marks out of 200) marks in aggregate in NATA to be eligible for admission to B. Arch programs. No candidate, including Management and NRI quota shall be admitted to any architecture college unless he or she qualifies the test.

Yes, Aptitude test is compulsory. No candidate including Management Quota, PIO, and Foreign students shall be admitted to any architecture college unless he or she qualifies the Aptitude Test.
The Candidate should be an Indian National;
(i) Passed HSC or its equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) ;
Or
(ii) Passed (10+3) Full time Diploma examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) with Mathematics as compulsory subject;
And
(iii) The Candidate has to secure minimum of 25% in MCQ portion (30 out of 120) and minimum of 25% in Drawing portion (20 out of 80) And should have obtained minimum Overall qualifying marks at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA2019), conducted by the Council of Architecture,

(iv)The Candidate should have eligibility based on equivalent score obtained in JEE(main) paper II.

In First year of B.Arch. course - 120 seats are been filled every year. From Maharashtra State CAP-78, All India-18, Institutional Level seats-24.
In First Year of M.arch course – 20 seats are been filled every year.
Yes, it is possible within the colleges under Pune University provided one can produce a no objection certificate from the earlier institute & one should have passed in all the subjects in the examinations without any backlog. It is also possible within India provided the subjects/Semester/Year equivalence criteria of Pune University are met. All other conditions stated above will remain the same.
