The course is been structured in accordance with the general M. Arch. Course curriculum set forth by the Savitribai Phule Pune University. The course shall be of a minimum duration of 2 academic years/ 4 semesters.
Government of Maharashtra has established a State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL) under Admission Regulating Authority (ARA) as per the provision in Section 10 of Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015, (Herein after called the Act).
The Competent Authority shall conduct the MAH-M. ARCH-CET 2019 for admission to first year of two-year full time post graduate degree course in Architecture (M. ARCH), for Academic Year 2019-20.
The admissions to the following institutes will be based on the score of CET , provided they are approved & recognized by Government of Maharashtra and are affiliated to any of the Non- Agricultural University in Maharashtra State.
1. All Government Aided Institutes offering M.ARCH Course
2. All Un-Aided M.ARCH Institutes covered as per the Act

Yes, Aptitude test is compulsory. No candidate including Management Quota, PIO, and Foreign students shall be admitted to any architecture college unless he or she qualifies the Aptitude Test.
(1) Maharashtra Candidature Candidate and All India Candidature Candidates,-
((i) The candidate should be an Indian National;
(ii) Passed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50 % marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only);
(iii) Obtained qualifying score in MAH-M.ARCH-CET 2019.
(2) NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National.—
(i) Passed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50 % marks.
(ii) Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

Yes, it is possible within the colleges under Pune University provided one can produce a no objection certificate from the earlier institute & one should have passed in all the subjects in the examinations without any backlog. It is also possible within India provided the subjects/Semester/Year equivalence criteria of Pune University are met. All other conditions stated above will remain the same.

Our school campus is 40 km. away from Pune Railway station and 5 km from Talegaon railway station. Six Seater auto-rickshaws are also available.School provides transportation facility to student with a student transit pass from talegaon station to college at Rs. 4500/- per annum.
The school begins at 8:30 AM and ends at 3.30 PM. Each lecture is of 45min. Lunch break is from 11.45AM to 12.30PM.
