• Aptitude test is compulsory to get admission in M.Arch. No candidate including Management Quota, PIO, and Foreign students shall be admitted to any architecture college unless he or she qualifies the Aptitude Test.
• MAH-M.Arch CET – 2019 is conducted by Competent Authority under Admission Regulating Authority (ARA), Government of Maharashtra has established a State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL). For more information, check the web site: http://cetcell.mahacet.org/
(1) Maharashtra Candidature Candidate and All India Candidature Candidates,-
(i) The candidate should be an Indian National;
(ii) Passed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50 % marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only);
(iii) Obtained qualifying score in MAH-M.ARCH-CET 2019.
(2) NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National.—
(i) Passed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50 % marks.
(ii) Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.
A merit list of qualified candidates will be made considering 50% marks from aggregate of Bachelor Degree in Architecture or equivalent examination and 50% marks of the Aptitude Test [MAH-M.Arch CET – 2019 ]. Admission rounds are conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra State.

Minimum Qualifications for the Admission are
The Candidate should be an Indian National;
(i) Passed HSC or its equivalent with Mathematics and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) ;
Or
(ii) Passed (10+3) Full time Diploma examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government or its equivalent examination and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) with Mathematics as compulsory subject;
And
(iii) The Candidate should have obtained at least 40% marks at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA2016), conducted by the Council of Architecture,
Or
(iv) The Candidate should have obtained at least 35% marks aggregate and minimum of at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA2017), conducted by the Council of Architecture and Declared as qualified.

1. Certificate of Indian nationality issued by a competent authority or by a revenue office not below the rank of Tahsildar.

1. Transfer order showing the date of transfer and date of joining of father or mother of the candidate as the case may be.
1. Certificate of passing the qualifying examination from an institution outside India.
2. Domicile Certificate in respect of the father/parent of the candidate.
3. Certificate from the Indian Diplomatic Mission/Chancellery or Commission abroad that father/parent of the candidate is of Indian origin from Maharashtra and at present residing in that country.
4. Copies of the certificates attached to the application form should be attested by the Principal of the School/Institute or a Gazetted officer or special Executive Magistrate. Original certificates, if attached to the application will not be returned.
5. Original certificates will have to be produced at the time of scrutiny of application prior to admission.
6. Application for admission will not be considered unless it is: Properly and completely filled in. Accompanied by attached copies of the requisite certificate in support of the claims made in the application.
7. Application must be received in the office of the college on or before the last date and time. Application or any of the certificates received after the last date prescribed for this purpose shall not be entertained.
